New article in Lithic Technology

A new article by Brendan Nash and Elton Prewitt has been published online and will shortly appear in print in the journal Lithic Technology. Their article,"The Use of Artificial Neural Networks in Projectile Point Typology", describes a method they developed using a computer Neural Network to distinguish between Texas projectile point types from several measurements. There is potential here for a program or app that assists researchers with quick definitions of finds in the field.
