Tour Schedule

Want to take a tour of the Gault Site?

We run regularly scheduled monthly tours of the Gault Archaeological Site through Bell County Museum and The Williamson Museum. The schedule is below and is updated at the start of each year.

You can also arrange a tour of the site directly with us. Tours are arranged on a first-come basis and must have at least 10 people. We charge a $10/person fee for tours (children 10 years of age and younger are free). Tours for school groups are free. Please visit our Schools page for more information.

Dr. Wernecke will be making a presentation about Gault and the Earliest Peoples in Texas at the Temple Public Library. The talk will be held at 2 PM in the 3rd floor McLane Room and is open to the public

Dr. Wernecke will be speaking about the Gault Site and what it tells us about the earliest peoples in the Americas at 7 PM in the Georgetown Public Library. The talk is open to the public.
